We are real estate investors ourselves and were doing investing full time until we got fed up with the entire Internet search process. In March 2007 we decided to do something about it and help change the way real estate is searched and displayed. We feel that this information should be free and easy to use.

Before our launch we discovered how hard it was to obtain property data from real estate companies. We couldn’t believe that they would say no to a web site that would be exposing their listings and their agents to millions of users per month……FREE!!!!!!

We plan to address user needs by listening to users wants and encouraging user feedback.

We have implemented a social network that will allow users to interact with each other and provide user ratings and reviews based upon past interactions. User profiles will be professionally functional but also fun. Check out all of the cool things you can do while on our site such as “Review a Property”, which allows you to write a comment on a property that you see while browsing listings. You can also show off “Your Crib”, which will allow you to display pictures and videos of your house, just like the popular MTV show “Cribs”, we all are celebrities in our own mind.

We will constantly be searching the Internet to find sites that are not currently not being displayed with normal Internet searching. We will be adding new listings everyday as well as refreshing our data daily so that you get up to date listings and not listings that have been sold or taken off the market months ago!

Our site is for everyone. You can use it for finding rentals, reviewing landlords, buying a house, finding your house values and what has recently sold in your neighborhood (thanks to Zillow.com), you can find a five star broker, using our rating system and you can also be heard by others using our BeatYouThere Blog and BeatYouThere Voices.
